Can't download or purchase any more

I'm getting "expired session" errors (right after logging in), sometimes "internal error", when trying to go to porn box over the last 24 hours. An error of some kind always happens before I can purchase or download any scene.

When I go to LP, sometimes it how the wrong user name in the upper right corner of the page: it shows my DDF name which has *never* been used on LP. I log out and log in with the correct LP login but then I get the above problem.

This evening I received an email that said this. A check with the bank shows this charge really was made. I never authorized or was asked about this charge.
