today i tried to buy and download new movies,and i received that message
please can you help me,cause after the 4 days the website was not working last week,and now my access is denied,i lose time on my subscription.

tomorow expired my membership,what they gonna win?
i gonna cancel my membership
too much disfonction with that website and they are not really helpfull with the member

my subscription finished yesterday,and all the week before my access for download was denied,
you said that you gonna contact me by the support system,but i didn t yet received any message
can you tell me if i pay a new subscription if my access gonna stay denied ?
