My Account Is Still Blocked!

I just bought a membership and I can't access my content because my account is blocked. And when I try to unblock it, it just tells me I can only register Google authenticator from an unblocked account.. which I can't access because my account is already blocked.

I still haven't gotten a response.. Idk how many tickets I've sent in already, or how long the response time is. But I cannot view or download any videos, since for whatever reason my account is blocked. Can someone please do something about this? I really like this website, but it's a shame that I can't actually access what I'm paying for. If I can get an actual response, that would be great. Please handle your customers in a professional way, thank you.

Issue was still not solved... last time i subscribe to this site. I was basically ripped off.. I wasted $54 to have a blocked account with no way of unblocking it. This site is run by people who obviously don't care to even reply to their emails. Thanks customer support.
