Cancel my subscription

I'm unable to get the signin details to cancel the normal way. Probably because I use Google signin. Please cancel my subscription, or assist me in accessing the required support page.

Sorry, I did not receive an email, and there is no clear indication in the Pornbox UI that the recurring has been cancelled. I'm unable to message you directly, so I have to respond here. I have also messaged support both via email and through the web chat app. I have not received a response. Renewal is less than a week, and I would like to avoid any refund/chargeback situation.

When you click on your username in the top right corner on the main site, then click on the expiration date of the membership, you can find your subscription information.

The recurring is cancelled in any case.
