Download links not working

Hi. The download links don't work for one of my purchased videos. The links just play the video - no download. Could someone fix please?

To download the video, once you click on download, it will start playing in a different media player.
You can either locate three dots in the corner of the player and click on "download" or rightclick the video and select "Save video as..." to download it.
