i was under the impression that bangbros subscription came with some form of downloads…i’d like a refund please how do i reach out

Hi,

I have not found any purchases on your current account you are writing me from.

And I believe there is a different style of downloads from BangBros : To download the video, once you click on download, it will start playing in a different media player, right?
You can either locate three dots in the corner of the player and click on "download" or rightclick the video and select "Save video as..." to download it.
