Can't cancel a subscription

I want to cancel a subscription. I have followed every step as described by the so called "How To" prompt and the steps to don't work. Here is what your website says:

Cancel Membership Recurring
Click on your name in the top right corner of your pornbox to see more information about your account.

To cancel membership recurring, locate the membership’s expiry date and click on it.

I have done this multiple times and cannot access the page to cancel a subscription. Please explain how to do so. This should be easier than it is. You should see that I am a reliable customer.
