please can i change my forum username

Hi kapwn the administrator.

i am new here (i joined this weekend) and i would like to change my current username from lat-am-girls-yes to the new username latina-girls-yes

i originally chose the username lat-am-girls-yes because latin-american-girls-yes would be far too long. but now i think latina-girls-yes is both simpler, neater and sounds better. so since i'm new the best time to change is now before i make lots of posts.

also because i'm new here my posts are still being moderated by administrators before appearing on the site, so i only have one post on the forum so far despite having made several posts over the last day.

how long (time) or how many posts do i have to have approved before my posts will appear when i post them.
