Unable to view new scenes

It keeps setting up a custom filter for search even when I keep clicking on "New Scenes" tab. Unable to view new scenes.

im only able see one studio , it has told me it will only show this filter , and i have not been able reset or get back to normal main page to see all new scenes

Part of some shitty redesign/re-coding of the website. I think it's a terrible change.
