I can not join Sineplex! Help me please!

I have tried for months now to join this site and it simply will not allow me to. I have good money to spend on this site and I would really like to be able to do that! I was finally able to create an account after many failed attempts using my primary email address. I finally tried with a secondary email I have and it went through. I thought I was all set, but when I go to log in the site will not allow me to do it! I tried sending a message via the Sineplex message system, but it won't allow me to send a message either.

Please help me! I want to download the material you people are providing! I can't spend my money with you people if you won't allow me to!

So I've somehow stumbled onto the "Legal Porno" download page that seems to be working slightly better than the Sineplex page, but I still can't download or log in. Can somebody please, please, please help me!?!?
