Support not working anymore? No refunds anymore as well?

Support chat used to work fine always, but now that tool seems not monitored anymore and no other options (like top down on pornbox page) apart from contacting support via forum.

I wrote this in support chat 3 weeks ago - and did still not receive any refund:

Well, I made a post a few days ago about how there's no HD version of the Kristy Black/Nuria Millan Gonzo Halloween scene to download (the other 4 versions are there and all 5 versions of the trailer) and also sent an email and haven't had a response to either yet. Not the longest passage of time but doesn't look good.

Would certainly have to reconsider allowing my membership to renew and buying more tickets if I can't get help with this. Essentially I've wasted money on this scene at this time as the HD versions are the only ones I'm interested in.

Hey, I've been trying to contact support too. It's been already some days... In my case I was charged for content I never actually purchased. 5 videos were purchased, stuff I would never buy, and it depleted my TKT. I've contacted support and no answer... My guess is that they were bought automatically because of some bug or something. I need this to be looked at as I'm not buying anything else if I have doubts about the site. If I buy like 100TKT and then lose them this way it's a NO GO.
Please have someone looking into this. I need a refund too.
And I must say, you need better costumer support. This is the type of thing that makes you lose clients.

I wrote several times in this last 5 months to the support chat and i didn't get an answer, the last person who still offering a reliable support yet is Kapwn.

I said, a lot of times, that the support of this sites needs be better and 365/24/7 because this site has customers from different countries of EU and also a lot of costumers from USA (Asia and Africa maybe too?) with different local times and, when the weekend arrives, the support doesn't exist.

Lately a lot of things are happening and there aren't answer.

I have to say that always my problems were solved but i fully understand when someone has a serious problem like these ones and have to wait some days to get an answer.

I only wonder whether he is the only one working in support team?

Looks like they have this support chat on the PB page, but it doenst work anymore. If so that must be a terrible mess and hundreds of clients without an answer!

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

Btw, I had another refund problem and used the support chat, also to check whether it works now again. And I got an answer and refund very quickly!

I cannot get any answer from support. I paid £28.16 believing I was buying access to analvids.com

I have received no acknowledgment or receipt. Previously, I paid for access to pornworld and that worked OK. Got a receipt and the access shows on my account.

Where has my £28.16 gone to? I do not have access to analvids and my money seems to have vanished into thin air/

I would like an explanation, please.
