New release disappear from PB few minutes after its release

Hi,
our today's release has disappear few minutes after its release. At the moment writing this message, 15 hours later the scene still offline on pornboxnd and AnalVids, although it is showing online on sheer's dashboard.
The1 sheer support has not been active or responding for weeks.

It returned 24 hours after (today at midnight), on sheer this video has an age of 2 days which means the prepaid earning projection will be a disaster as day 1 is the most important day and this video was offline the entire day.
To answer you, yes at the moment this video is online.

The same problem with today's release till now, it is still offiline. Last time when we had this issue, the scene stayed offline for almost 24 hours, making it worst for the scene revenue projection as day 1 which is the most important, was'nt considered.
