I subscribed to a 2-day trial last Saturday. Once subscribed, I noticed that I could only access Pornbox and none of the videos I subscribed for were available. On Monday morning, before the two-day trial period was up, I tried to cancel my subscription, but I found it impossible to do it because the website does not provide clear instructions on how to do it. The only way I found was by clicking on the link they sent me in the email when I registered, which says the following: "If you didn't register on our site, please click on the following link to disable the account." With this, I thought my subscription had already been canceled, but what actually happened is that my account got blocked and I can't access it. Furthermore, they charged the full month's subscription to my bank account.
I have written to support twice and have not received a response from anyone. I would like you to provide me with a solution and refund me for the entire month. I don't understand how you can charge for an account that is blocked. I look forward to hearing from you.
