Want my scenes or my tickets back

I've already posted this on Gonzo Forum, but got no response, so i'm reposting here:

There were two scenes of Gonzo released yesterday. One with Eva Brooks, and another with Andrea Lapiedra. I've bought the two scenes immediately. Then, all of a sudden, the two scenes were removed. I've lost my tickets with two expensive scenes that i cannot see, or download. And i couldn't get a decent answer about that issue. This is a frankly disrespectful behavior with a loyal costumer. Please, put the scenes in my library, or at least refund my tickets.

Hi. I'm in the same situation. In my case only I bought the scene from SZ3027, starring Eva Brooks. This scene is no longer on my video list and I would like them to return the 9.5 tickets I paid for it.

Notice that the Eva Brooks scene is back. So i think i don't need the refund, after all. Any idea when Andrea Lapiedra scene will be available too?
