Is there a technical issue or am I Tripping?

Every time I try to post a reply a message says: "Technical issue, forum under maintenance and will be fixed in an hour"

This has been occurring since yesterday until now.

That's the message I get when trying to add a jpg. file.
That's what I wanted to say (problem with the file upload) not the reply itself.

I guess I figured now, it has to do with the file itself being corrupted most likely. I'll try convert the format and see.

It turns out that the presence of outsourced emojis either in image name or in text is the cause.
