Corrupted Scene

I purchased "Alexa Blun - MILF’S ATTACK (DP)" yesterday and the scene freezes near the Middle of the video.
I downloaded all versions and the problem exists in every copy. I looked at this thread and saw that others reported the same problem.
Why is this still being sold if their is a known issue with it?

I would like a refund please.

Rather than start a new thread, may I please bring to the Admin's attention that these two scenes in 1080p appear to be corrupted: (1) Angels_of_Hardcore_5on2_Nicole_Black_Maddy_Black_only_anal__1080P.mp4 and (2) Angels_of_Anal_Fisting_4on2_Nicole_Black_Alicia_Trece_cum_swallow_anal_creampie_1080P.mp4

I have tried to download them multiple times in 1080p, and each time, the file will play but stops at a seemingly pre-determined point and will not play any further. After re-downloading them, the same issue occurs, but at different points in the scenes. Unfortunately, both end before those beautiful gushing creampies!

If a refund could please be issued, or if there is a known fix, please let me know.

I re-downloaded each and this time it worked. Not sure what I did differently this time, but thankful to have these scenes in my collection. Thanks for your response!
