It seems to me that lately something has gotten worse for video quality.
It's like videos are not perfectly fluid as before, looking a little bit "jumpy" on the eye.
I don't know if it's related to bitrate, fps, or something else (I'm not an expert).
Do others noticed the same thing?

Something is off, hard to say what.
