who makes the best cookbooks?

Postby netzerkaiser » Wed Aug 28, 2024 6:49 pm

My personal favourite is Jamie Oliver right now, because he dared come up with a book on Mediterranean food, including fish dishes that I love.

Any other ideas? I'm sure there are others that would beat mine, 'cos I'm basically a pleb at this sort of thing.

I know youtube is class, by the way. So many resources there.

Fine cooking I think is like sport, damn it, it keeps you alive. Almost like religion.

Very interesting choice with the Jamie Oliver book. I am not much into cookbooks since I have to follow a special diet which is due me having having to avoid fructose (including regular sucrose) to as big an extent as possible. No fruit, bar a few exceptions, also very limited options in the vegetable department, no alcoholic beverages etc. Fortunately, in this day and age the Internet at large can provide a good substitute for such books if you know what you're looking for, so that would be my choice.

Didn't know where else to post this and I guess it's none of my business really. But in case you're wondering why cfjekdjrieekekk34k33 whatever his name is thinks you're Kslvt, take a look at this.

Thanks so much, sure to check it out. Great that as a non-indigenous English speaker you got the r's & the s's - not a big monty fan, but this was just simply majestic.

thanks!
