Penis enlargement with fat transfer / hyaluronic acid

So probably most of you have had some spam mail with magical penis enlargement pills or some crap like that. But recently when googling what pornstars inject into their dicks for an erection i came across surgery methods to inject "filtered own body fat" or hyaluronic acid into the dick. There is also a company offering penile enlargement implants where they shove in a silicone pad under the penile skin. (penuma)

Has anyone ever had experience with any of that stuff or know someone who has? Do you think any of those methods could be attractive to porn performers or do you believe someone in the porn industry or even here at PB/Av/pv already did something like that? Is it something you would ever consider doing yourself ?
