I bet is is real. Probably a younger guy - when I was in college, I was jerking off 8-9 times per day at a _minimum_. 15 years later, it averages to 3 times a day but sometimes it's 5-6. Quitting antidepressants, etc. and lifting has helped but still need a proper sleep schedule and to drink a lot less. As I said, fadogia agrestis is supposedly toxic past a certain dosage, so I will take that last. And yes, Vitamin D is crucial, too. Get some sunlight if you can. I'm sunbathing right now.

And in case like me you learned arbitrary, useless stuff in school (not that I would remember; I was an idiot), liquid vitamins are much more absorbable or at the very least more quickly absorbed. Beyond multivitamins, I do not recall a pill or tablet that has helped me.
