This is a great article. I've fought this, this week, & you're literally in state of paralysis.
Decisions are slower... everything is slower.
& of course, the caffeine then wants the nicotine.
Then later in the evening the nicotine gets used to wanting the beer. The beer is actually (for me at least) probably the least addictive of the 3, but I recognise, the most dangerous | compromising.
I'm starting to think the 'harmless' caffeine is the chief protagonist of vicious cycle.
But to kill caffeine addiction, I reckon you'd need to take a weeks holiday with absolutely no aims except to loll around house doing sweet FA & ready to collapse into bed at given moment.
