This is a good point! Interesting action taking place off camera is the reason I don't like orgy scenes in general. Either do the interesting stuff sequentially as dap-addict suggested or choose angles where both models are clearly visible at the same time, but in that case they would need to be closer together than in this example.

At least in Ice Di's first DAP scene I think NRX did an excellent job at capturing her face for most of the scene and (I think) all of the insertions. I've only bought any NRX-DAPs since Ice Di, so I can't speak on anything newer.

I think focusing on insertions is very worthwhile, especially a girl's FIRST ever insertions of various types: anal, dp, dap, double-vag, etc. For those types of scenes it might be worth having another camera specifically devoted to capturing the insertions along with the girl's reaction.
