Let me create an own thread for todays very nice BTS Collection release heralded by Florane a long time ago.

Again I really liked that cozy family like feeling, which shows also in the end product a lot.
Place is quite small and being it directly under a Czech old houses roof doenst help, but I really liked to watch even such details as Florane's hb and one actor sticking the sofa together from euro pallets! Shows for me also that makeshift do-it-yourself approach I adore very much with the Russels, i.e. Florane and her hb. Just ppl like me and you realizing their dreams and building something new, be it on low cost. This said if apartment is rented its still far from cheap for sure. There is still a lack of flats in Prague. Mind you!
Anyway, for me its about getting independent, using crisis 2020/1 as a chance, creating sth new!

One of my personal hidden BTS highlights: Florane takes fotoshot pictures of Frey Dee when she small dog runs into scene, which makes her decide to opt for the cute dog for 1 pic rather than Freya Dee. Now if photographer had been a man instead of a woman you can imagine what would have been his choice I think! LOL!
But really, it makes that BTS footage so nice, cute really, very cute!

Anyway, more important is it was in a break and not during action shooting. Fotografer Florane had to wait for next position, missionary anal with Oscar, anyway.

And a bit less static fotoshooting footage, more actual film shooting BTS or MU, dressing-up and shower BTS.

I bought the scene and it was interesting to get a view of how porn is made. However it wasn't really fapable until the close up of Ms Zee sucking a pissing dick. That part was great. This is how it should be done, the camera very close and the girl sucking and licking the dick while pissing. Not the usual four guys in a ring a meter apart and the camera two meters away.

I didnt answer yesterday as its highly subjective what triggers each of us up. For me its completely non-dap, but its a very nice porn documentary still. It also made me already buy 3 DPs I would normally have skipped for sure and originally had skipped. I bought Florane's DPs only before.
Now I might buy even 2-3 more. Its late though and might not help N&F so much anymore?

I wondered why newer scenes become more pricey (in general, I'm not pointing to N&F here). It's logical that during time old scenes still earn some money for system, and production costs due to experience and amortization of equipment goes down, so new scenes can be cheaper - but this never happened.

I really hope that's a lie because I almost never buy scenes in the first 14 days.

I have bought many Natasha Teen Production videos hoping I was supporting the studio, but hearing this is very disappointing because it means it didn't account for anything.

I bought at least 4 DP scenes after this BTS film to support N&F studio.
I usually dont buy DP only porn, one of very few exceptions was Florane Russel in 2020.
Now learning I didnt support her nor her studio taste bitter actually. But at least I know now!
I'll buy faster in the future!

its true. Studios making 15 days payment after go everything to pornbox. Why u think girls come out every 15 days? :-D absolut important is 1-2 first days. its no easy calculation profit of videos, but after 15 days is end for studios and scene is closed for us.

But I think customers crying about "I thought I was supporting the studio with my late purchases, but now I discovered that I'm not" are misunderstanding the situation.

As I understand it, the Pornbox formula works out the value of each scene from the first 14 days sales and pays the studio a lump sum at that point for a perpetual licence for the scene.
The calculation of the lump sum includes an allowance for expected future sales of the scene.
So the studio gets paid early and can reinvest in making more content.
And Pornbox take both the risk and reward for future sales.
If the formula is fair then everyone should be happy.

Customers who come along to buy the scene after >14 days are just filling the expected sales orders for which the studio has already been paid.

If customers stop buying older scenes because they think their money "won't go to the studios" then the formula will stop working and Pornbox will have to recalculate it to pay the studios less for future scenes. You don't want that.

In reality I think the silent majority of customers won't overthink it (or think about it at all). They will just continue to buy what they want, when they want.

That is 100% correct.

What the studios don't understand is that they are basically playing casino, Pornbox is like the house and the studios are the costumers playing Blackjack.

The studios are happy with the arrangement for various reason:

- Sometimes they win, meaning the house gives them more money than the scene would probably sell within a given time realistically down the future

- They don't have to suffer those loses when a scene doesn't sell as much in the future because Pornbox took that risk already by accepting the deal

- They get a chance to receive a large amount of money right away without having to wait patiently for customers in the upcoming years to consider buying the scene

- Having the money now is something everyone likes specially if you have told yourself you need the money now to keep producing more content

In real life this is how casinos trap their costumers to keep coming back, sometimes the casino loses big time, and the players win big time, and that is very satisfying for the player.

This is why the players that play the most have more chances to see those wins, and if they keep doing it for awhile they basically become addicts.

It is a good incentive because it motivates them to keep putting content or keep playing, and some play a lot, but that's also how much they lose too.

What the players don't see is the insane amount of money the casino is making of them. The casino doesn't have to do any significant work other than maintenance of their installations, and still is making all that cash.

The costumers are the ones that have to go to work everyday to make that money, and all the casino has to do is put out a table to take part of that money from them.

If the customers really knew the numbers maybe their addictions would go away, but because they become addicts they don't want to know.

They say the casino has to make their money too.

Now the big difference is that if a player is also the casino owner he can go play as much as he wants and it doesn't matter because he is winning money either way if he also owns the casino.

The problem is only for those that don't own the casino, but I guess their excuse is that Pornbox is putting their work offered to a certain clientele that was build already overtime as opposed of them doing it themselves without nobody knowing them, which to be fair is very valuable.

So in other words the value they see is the convenience and the exposure, or publicity, but it doesn't make it more digestible how much they actually lose as well.

Replied here because discussing casinos and gamblers is nothing to do with the thread topic.
