Will you be fixing these videos and creating a 30bit?

THE FOLLOWING 4k Pornworld videos have been downgraded in quality to only 16bit (see list at bottom of this post). Previously these were 30bit.

I have just subscribed to Pornworld and would like to download these videos in 30bit 4k as they were originally.

In addition all new videos after April 2nd 2023 are also in this horrible low quality 16bit.
16 bit videos look rubbish on a 65inch TV Screen.

Will you be fixing these videos and creating a 30bit?
If not let me know straight away as I require a refund immediately.

Here are a list of 16bit videos before April 2nd 2023 that need to be re-encoded as 30bit. There are 41 x 4k videos:

Yes, good questions. You will replace the old videos with low bitrate (that you have replaced in these months by lowering the bitrate, and corrupted videos too about which the users writes)? 2160p and 1080p/720p too?

Thank you for bringing back the good quality of the new releases.

For Pornworld we still have low 16bit quality. I have a subscription. All new videos look like shit

1. The files are ready ahead of time, stored on servers, and waiting for the video to come out on site. I don't know when they were created/encoded, maybe a week/weeks ago, or a month/months ago. Studios can replace the full videos from servers (any time), for example, 2160p 16000 kbps replace with another quality 4K 32000 kbps.

2. The scenes may not appear in sequence on site. Just remember this. For example, GP2656 (2023-05-08) with a high bitrate now (see the quote below), but future some videos will be with a low bitrate for some time (perhaps there will be some), but they will fix it, as I understand.

The scene of today is also 30bps and not 16.

3. I think they have some problems/difficulties, this is an automated process, and they will fix it (see the quotes below).

We are having issues with some scenes which have been wrongly compressed and imported and are fixing.

We did not take any decision to downgrade. The compression system must have generated the issue. We are on it.

4. For example, GP1616 (2020-12-04), 4KUHD 2160p file size was ~ 200 MB (the file has been corrupted, from your links), but they fixed it.

We had a list of 113 corrupt files and only 20 are remaining, but we are double checking now.

5. They understand that our eyes cannot be deceived (human vision), because everyone already has big 4KUHD TVs. It would be stupid to lower the quality and present it as a quality product, how did other famous studios (the complete idiots) which we no longer use.

6. Yes, support takes a long time to respond, there are no moderators, they answer for a long time. For example, I wrote about Cleopatra in February, but there is no answer yet, today is May.

7. Perhaps we are fools, we're unsure now, but we'll find out later. It's a matter of time, just wait. These are just my thoughts/assumptions. =)

Many thanks for the explanation and honestly I was not aware of these Studio Liason replies about acknowledging the compression issue.

My concern about the delay in updating videos is that it is inconsistent. This is because Giorgio Grandi has already arranged to fix all new videos at 30bit as of 7 days ago and posted on forums. Others confirmed Giorgio Grandi is 30bit now for every new video from last about 1st of May. So why then are Pornworld not fixing anything.

When will the following 4k PORNWORLD videos be re-encoded as 30bit. they have been incorrectly encoded as 16bit and look bad.
the main reason i subscribed to Pornworld was because of these videos below, but i deleted them as look compressed on a 65inch screen.
i was informed by PORNWORLD STUDIO LIASON that 120 files have been identified and are being re-encoded as 30bit. this was 2 weeks ago and i check every dau, but non of them are 30bit.

Can you pass the list below to whoever is supposed to be working on the re-encoded and ask them to do it straight away?
