Hi.
I canceled my membership last month and renewed it a few days later. Now instead of 1 new and 1 old scene each day i only get the newest scene each day.
I don't understand. Do you know why?

It depends on which kind of membership you have. Please contact support with your user ID and they will check for you.

I have the box subscription.
Pornbox support doesn't work for me.
No answer for a week :/
I don't know what to do.
I paid yesterday again for a month and still only get one video per day.
I feel like betrayed and like someone wants to steal from me.
Not pornbox of course. It's an error im paying for and I think it's not fair.

I think it has something to do with technical problems
I canceled my membership about 5 weeks ago. Then I changed my mind and renewed my box subscription. I am supposed to get 2 videos daily as usual. But somehow since then I got billed 2 times over 30 euros for the last month and now this month and I only got and still only get 1 video daily.
Is it that there is an error because when you first sign up you get all videos from last month and then 1 per day? Now I already had all the previous videos.
It's still not fixed or is the error on human side?

Pornbox can see that I am not lying. They can log in and see that for over 30 days I only got 1 video per day from pornworld.
Maybe the technical problems are bigger than thought so it takes so long to solve it.

Also I don't have access to all pornworld videos. So I have the right subscription for 2 videos to be added to my library each day.
Can someone explain or help why it is like that?

If you have taken the full subscription you have access to the full library, including all archives, and 28 updates per month, download and stream. If you have tockens membership, you can buy the scenes one by one, if you took a box subscription it is:

Access to all scenes from the past 31 days from day 1 too.
We will refund your premium TKT previously spent on scenes that are included in your membership.
Each day you also gain access to additional older scenes as well.
Your library of scenes expands with both future and past scenes.

You have purchased a box subscription and not a full membership, that is why. I don't see any issue here, you can take a full membership and you will get full access.
