Image Quality: yellow spots on skin!

Recent Gonzo.com releases are plagued by annoying and highly intrusive flickering yellow spots/squares that are clearely and constantly visible on skin throughout the scenes. Is this just a temporary technical issue or some new and terrible anti piracy measure? It really ruins my viewing experience because all I can do is concentrate on those damn spots. Who else did notice them?

Strange, looks like encoding error/issue to me.

And the latest release, SZ1416, is plunged back into darkness again.
Astonishingly poor technical production.
