Well, I guess ur right, the yummy estudio director seems to throw a lot of (birthday) (pool) parties with his regular performers to bond a team. Everyone always happy, smiling, doing karaoke, singing lots of music, dancing, etc. I didn't see such content on social media from the other studio. I can imagine that this arrogant toxic guy isn't the type you want to have at such parties if he thinks he's better than everyone else like Vitoria says. 1 negative guy/girl can really fuck up the whole group dynamics.
