Couldn't agree more DPraved. Why is it that some cracking models seem not to catch the imagination of fans? Her top-selling scenes are only 96th (wet DAP) and 130th (TP) in the full list of 251 NRX scenes whereas Meow Miu's "Daddy, bad uncle shoots me on camera", which to my eyes is nothing special and way behind Little Ninja's scenes in content and style, is 45th. A total mystery.
Sales do matter it seems

so in the circumstances there must be a fear that Little Ninja will not be involved in much more action at NRX.
Damn it, the fast-track hire/fire situation at NRX seems to bear grim similarities to the zero-hour temp-contract Amazon set up.
Little Ninja is an adorable new model I had barely had a chance to get into (she did a fabulous job of taking up the baton from Cyber Shot's lead, her first two scenes mirroring the styling and format of Cyber's first two) and now she's... gone already? Sad times indeed.
From her debut to when it became known here that she would not continue with NRX was six weeks max? Maybe even less? And she gave everything. She performed way over and above the level most NRX newbies reach in the same strecth of scenes.
So I genuinely feel sorry for her and want to express solidarity with her in her quest fo find somehere else to shoot with.
Yes I know, at the end of the day, sales are sales, but I don't feel Little Ninja got as much of a chance to shine and build up her following as other recent NRX models (Ella a recent example) who released more scenes and just didn't perform as well (Ella did her best, so I mean no disrespect towards her efforts by that). A harsh call and I hope Little Ninja hasn't taken that badly.
As to why Little Ninja didn't hit the sales expected of her (I bought her first two, will buy her third this weekend and keep catching up, I don't have as much free time as other members here for porn watching)...
I wonder if the fact that she and Cyber Shot present so similarly (Alt image with tattoos, matching costumes/formats of her first releases) was double edged sword in some ways.
By which I mean that if some fans for that scene/niche had bought similar scenes by Cyber Shot only weeks earlier, maybe they felt they didn;t need to double up with mirror-image scenes starring Little Ninja? It's possible.
For me, that similarity made me an instant Little Ninja fan, but for others, maybe they felt they had ticked that box for a while and wanted a change.
Another factor could be timing. January/February are the poor catch up months after Christmas spending for many, so porn spending is a simple economy to make.
Re DPraved's comments above, that may be part. Personally speaking, I am totally fine with tattoos (and Little Ninja and Cyber Shot have some fabulous ones, some of my favourites on the site), I think many (the majority) here (Pornbox probably the main audience/market for NRX content, at least until Sheer takes off) are put off by them on younger performers.
You mention Meow Miu, and that example suports that point.
It's my observation/impression that the core audience here for content with a 'teenager' label clearly prefers innocent/baby-faced looking performers without tattoos (Meow Miu precisely). And they are prepared to go with softer content to get that image, which supports your point about Ninja performing better but being rewarded with less support here than 'weaker' performers.
I've loved Little Ninja's scenes, bold, exciting, passionate, she gives her best every time. And I feel a sense of injustice for her that she has performed better but received less support (my impression only, but I think it holds) simply because she loves her tatoos.
As for solutions.
Other above have suggested other studios. To be honest, I'm not much of a fan of either VK or VG (I like classic heels, stockings, lingerie looks, and those studios seem to go with socks or bare fett and colletge looks) but if Ninja is shooting for them myabe they will let her choose to shoot in her own style (Alt/Dark) in which case I will be all over those scenes just to see Little Ninja again.
Another option for her to consider would be for her to pair up with Cyber Shot and form 'an agency of two' so to speak. On the basis that any studio that will hire Cyber Shot would probably want to hire Little Ninja too, and vice versa. So by working together to search for work, leads Cyber Shot chases up could be shared with Little Ninja and vice versa. It just means they can cover more ground (more producers and agencies) by approaching them as a pair, than separately. And they can divide the work so when one performer is travelling shooting, the other is always available to answer the phone and deal with bookings. An idea.
Finally, the most radical option, is for Little Ninja and Cyber Shot to self-produce their own content. Go full guerilla-DIY. Baby Marxists owning and controlling their means of production!
And a potential first go-to for a camera-person director who might be onboard with that idea, and get along with them well (being the same gender and generation), would be Carla Cage (who, as some may recall, has directed - or has been camerawoman for - some recent Russian scenes). Call it 'Karla Marx Studios' and as fun reference to their Feminist/DIY stand.
Via Carla's links they may be able to access the basic camera and lights needed, or even share a shoot set-up with another studio and pay them a modest hire charge for the space and gear.
Software to edit is free or *free* (if you know what I mean). If Carla directs/shoots, then she surely knows how to edit. This is the Moviemaker/TikTok/etc generation, so Carla, Cyber, Ninja will all have some experience of editing and post-production.
If still stuck, they can approach a local college/University Art dept and advertise on the notice board for an editor/producer for 'an erotic art project'. Far cheaper (maybe the student would do it just for the experience) than going to a pro, and they would be working with their own generation, so they would probably feel more comfortable working with them.
It will take a bit of trial and error, and early results may lack finesse, but the real point is for the performers to have somewhere to shoot content for them, and a director/production team they enjoy working with. It could be a very empowering experience for them.
Release through Pornbox (they all have a large and loyal following here, so a ready market).
Finally best wishes and good luck to NRX Agent here who is clearly trying their best to help Little Ninja find her next gig.
And to Little Ninja (of course) for being a star. Stay strong, believe in yourself, keep trying!
