Generally have to take into account that this is Isabella Angelinas 2nd DAP only, while the first DAP scene was rather a trial than a real one. This one is quite a big leap forward, but she still has a long way to go. About number of studs: She could take 4 instead of 2 ofc, but it's more difficult to direct and coordinate the girl. Sandyolifant, its really just a beginning, its the girls 1st GIO scene and I can assure you she took more studs in her later, not yet released scenes.
