Well, it is nice to try something different. 0 pay, but 50% of the share of profits could be lucrative for very successful performers, in very strong, intense, extreme scenes...

I recall Jack Nicholson agreeing to play the Joker in a Batman movie, he agreed to do it for a % of the profits, and it made him tens of millions in net gains (a lot of money over 3 decades ago).

I guess such deals would initially only be negotiated with established models who have worked with Giorgio before, where a business relationship and mutual trust has already been built, and expected sales numbers are somewhat predictable.

Seems to me it would be much simpler to base the deal on a percentage of top-line sales revenue rather than "profit" which is moveable concept. Especially when the up-front fee which the model is foreging (i.e. investing in her side of the deal) is possibly the largest single component of the cost of making the scene.

I think it's a good initiative. Good luck with it.

1.) What you just mentioned
2.) 100% of the normal pay.
3.) 50% of normal pay, with the ability to earn 25% of future profits.

I think providing options will help us bring in chicks that might have turned down the option to perform.

This can only be done by a girl being booked already often by GIO at traditional going rates. Or by a genuinely rich girl doing porn only for fun basically, which is extremely rare, the more as any kind of work has to be payed in all professions no matter how rich employee is.
However, if it is the 13th DAP for Rebel Rhyder in one Prague stay for instance, for her for sure its an interesting offer and concept.

What I do wonder however is how studio handles bigger say of how the scene is done and how the girl presented if girl takes a big financial risk herself as well? It might just make MU and dressing up process much longer than it already is anyway.

No one forces a model to shoot with a payment system she deosnt like. She can just do not shoot.

The main point is that prices (for users) are going to drop. There is no sense to have models with different rank having similar price on similar scenes. I believe scenes with lower ranked models needs to have lower price to be more attractive to users.

I think...in the past week, have spent well in excess of 2500 tickets purchasing scenes on LPAV that were on my watchlist.
I have finally got a little more of my financial freedom back, and economic restrictions have been somewhat lifted...and as a serious customer and a big fan of this site, I am all for this new payout system for the girls.

Hopefully, this will drive down the prices - and also allow performers to increase their performance levels, intensity, and extreme sex acts performed. GOOD LUCK, it is a win, win, win situation for all

If that can help you with determining pricing, then it might be a good move. For me personally, for all that I get in the scene, I don't think 15 tkts is too much. And another thing too, when I said 100% of normal pay, what would look like? We can never know how well a scene will do. So, I believe what you got planned is golden. It's simple and it's the most efficient way. The studio will get every penny of the 50% profit, while the chick will get the remaining 50%. It's fair and I'm sure they would appreciate the passive income too. Me personally, I still enjoy the older scenes. Heck, I still watch scenes from the aughties from time-to-time. Can't do the nighties because the video quality is too poor. Videos that are made today, will still be great in the future, because of today's resolution. If anything, you might take a hit, because lifetime earnings will mostly always beat the lump sum payout. Now maybe, it might suck for some chicks that might need that money now, instead of waiting some time for the video to be posted and the profits to show up.

Problem I see is a vast majority of girls come back to porn works once they run out of money or they need fast cash. Now you expect a girl to work for half her fee! Even if it would mean more money in the end for her, problem is she needs money now - and not in 4-6months.
New system at this moment looks good for really good budget planer girls or girls makeing small amount of their money needed by porn and bigger amount by other sex works. It works for an Elen Million style of porn model but not most newbies in porn.
Also remember when you were 18yo or early 20ties, how you planned your finances and spendings: Looks like this new system brings GIO studios even more into MILF area and even further away from teen porn ideal.
It's an interesting idea, though. Sure worth trying and testing.

It's not even half her payout initially. Giorgio wanted to go the most efficient way and do 0% initial payout and then let her earn 50% of the profits. That's his plan. I suggested 2 additional options

1.) They can try (we can't be sure how much it will make, so that's why this route is less efficient) to get 100% of the the 50% profit upfront. Most useful if they really got bills coming up.
2.) Or what you said, in that they get 50% of 50% all-time profits and then get the remaining 50% of the 50% profit in passive income. Most useful if they got a few things they need to pay, but would like to earn passive income, even if it's not as high if they elected to get 0% initial payout.

I'm not saying anything different from the 3 options that I mentioned earlier in this tread, if my wording is a little bit confusing in #2, which was #3 in my original post.

With that said, I'm sure everything would work out. Planning is now key, though.
