I do agree with this but only because I hate the default rough style of NRX. I think it has more to do with travel restrictions, and the fact that most of the new(er) Russian models are exclusive to their respective Russian studios. You can see this clearly; most girls that shoot for NRX are never seen for another studio (Russian or otherwise). The same goes for VK and other Russian studios. So even if travel restrictions would allow it and Giorgio would be interested, my feeling is they get blocked by the Russian studios.

Models in the 18-21 age group have always dominated Russian porn. They have never dominated in Prague. Moreover, the record of the few models who started out filming in Russia then moved to Prague in the last 18 months, all in their late 20s or early 30s, has not been exceptional. Sasha Beart can be excluded as she did no videos in Russia that I'm aware of. I think Jasmine Waterfall, Monika Fox and Ledy Gi are the only three with a good number of releases and Jasmine loooks to have fallen by the wayside.

Nensi Fox didn't last and so far Kitty Li looks similar to Crystal Richi and maybe Lelya Mult, with just a handful of scenes released since they went to Prague. With luck there are more on the way from those last three models but it's not exactly been a feast so far. None of this is encouraging for the fans who merrily believe everything will be magical for any NRX model who may end up moving south.

Giorgio is undoubtedly the better director and shoots superior porn, but the girls at NRX are generally more attractive.

I think the standard of girls at Giorgio has declined a bit in recent years which I don't think has been helped by COVID/travel restrictions. Prior to that, Giorgio had a real purple patch between 2016-2019 particularly when he was shooting lots of American and Russian girls.

I too have felt that he's gone through the motions in the last couple of years hence why I've bought so little compared to previous years. Having said that, the scenes with Kaira Love are quality and Charlie Forde must be the best newcomer in ages. Not only is she gorgeous, but she's an exceptional performer who's super into what she was doing. Her 1 on 1 scene with Mike Chapman was one of the best Giorgio scenes in a long time. The chemistry between Charlie and Mike just was off the scale and I say this as someone who's generally not into 1 on 1 scenes.

If the models really want to shoot in Prague, then I have to say I think it's an extremely crappy call on the part of any Russian studio that stands in their way.
Not only ethically very murky (damned ugly, in fact). But also in a business sense.
For most Russian performers any trip to Prague will likely be brief business stay to complete their scenes, maybe relax and recover, and then a return to Russia and the Russian studios to carry on shooting where they left off with them.
As the CZ studio gradually release these scenes they will greatly increase public awareness of that performer. Sineplex/GG > LegalPorno > GG/Gonzo have a huge and loyal long-standing global following (far more so than for NRX, with no disrespect at all to NRX, it just has a lower profile/following because it's sp relatively new).

That is a *ton* of free international promotion for a model that, at that point those CZ scenes' are released, will have returned to shooting in Russia, probably for NRX if that is where they came from.
NRX can then springboard off the back of each of those CZ releases with his own scenes for that model, and his sales should reflect how much better known and followed she is as a result of her CZ work.

Kitty Li has done so. She is making stunning scenes for Gonzo/GG, selling well, and if/when she returns to Russia, she will be a bigger name with a bigger international reputation/following draw, potentially available once again for hire by the Russian studios.

So unless it's simply a matter of the Russian studios feeling insecure/afraid that their product would not be able to compete against CZ content with that same performer (a completely unfounded fear in my opinion, since the Gonzo/GG and NRX have such radically different styles) there doesn't seem to be much sense to it.

But who knows what craziness goes on behind the scenes. Egos, old rivalries, bad debts, and so on. Rational thinking is never the only consideration in such affairs, and maybe rarely the primary one.
