How do you folks feel about fake tits? They seldom used to make appearances in Giorgio scenes—now you see them almost as much as you see real ones.

I'll stay neutral and will not publicly share my vote. But do share how you feel!

Generally I want natural tits.
But saggy tits need to get fixed, otherwise I dont buy porn scenes of that girl.

I always favour natural tits but will occasionally consider scenes with fake tits, although the girl would have to be exceptional. Barbie Sins is the latest example where I have still bought a scene despite them.

Have to say I'm a bit "WTF?" about this "sagging" description of Nelly Kent's tits. They're fantastic - some of the best in porn. They're just quite big on a slim frame is all. That is not my definition of "sagging", which only comes into play when large breasted women get to age 40+ and even then it's entirely natural and they still look better left alone than "enhanced".

An even bigger concern for me is collagen-enhanced lips, which seem to be pretty much a standard amongst porn girls now sadly. I find them incredibly unattractive so can only accept them when it's fairly subtle or at least not too overpowering (I think if you took a zero tolerance view of this you would probably be left with about 10% or porn scenes to choose from). An example of a girl who I absolutely would buy scenes from were it not for her awful "trout pout" lips is Natalie Cherry. I've watched her trailers countless times hoping to be able to take the plunge as her sex performance looks explosive but every time I've had to pass. The fake look is just too much there for me sadly.

Nelly Kent I have described as borderline saggy in my book, thats not the same thing! Another borderline saggy girl was Chanel Lux. Both of them are really attractive. Chanel didnt have the talent sadly Nelly has. But thats another story...

I don't know the girls you're referencing that well (both names ring a bell but I can't place them) but I'm certain that we will disagree on this one. No young woman needs a "fix" to her breasts unless there is a genuine medical reason for doing so.

I also think that kind of attitude can only play into girls' insecurities and encourage them to have unnecessary surgery.

You're not really toning down your negative perception of Nelly's breasts by adding the "borderline" description. It's still a bit insulting and frankly inaccurate. Or do you think all large breasts are "saggy" by definition? Nelly has fantastic big tits - close the case!

I agree with Vulture, especially the "a bit insulting" part, and would call it down right insulting.

It wasnt meant to be insulting and I've discussed that with Nelly. All is sorted out.

I think it's the mentality that goes along with it as much as anything. As much as I find fake tits genuinely unattractive physically, probably the main thing that turns me off is the girl's lack of self-confidence in getting them and the fact that she feels she needs to conform to some lame style magazine aesthetic or whatever. It's the complete opposite of a sort of singular "punk" attitude or whatever, which I find important in people generally (ie not just women).

99% of the time a girl's breast size will perfectly fit with her frame so tampering with this is just lame IMHO and can never be seen as a genuine improvement. Small or medium sized tits look great on frames designed to accommodate them. There is no acceptable standard and no short cuts to achieve such a standard.

It is as much a mental as a physical issue I think. Sexual attraction is not a purely aesthetic thing, even where something as arms-length as pornography is concerned. I speak for myself here obviously but by and large I can only be turned on by mentally strong women and this applies even to porn.

Of course its also and very much a mental issue!
But it isn't as easy as you line it out.
Just take Nataly Gold for instance. What would you say in her case?
