This. Talking about nature, I can't overstate that I also prefer less tattoos, less piercings, less silicons in general (face, mouth...)... Experiments with hair color or style are acceptable and OK, everything else is better to be natural.

So, age is not so important in my book as long as lady is HOT.

I told you long ago the recruiting of new models would collapse, it makes no sense for young pretty girls from east Europe to join porn. As they are interested in the money only (90% if time), prostitution is more profitable (like 10 time more or so).
We should be really happy to have 5-6 new girls every year (suitable for LP on long term), all the rest is “filling” and average looking. To shoot a Milf is less risky and even if her price would be higher, it’s cheapest than to scout a new girl.

True, but it doesn't work on the long run.
Sustainable is still investing in scouting - in Russian province, Ukraine, Belarus etc. - and shoot those rookies as often as possible before the change into prostitution.
Of course porn cant offer the high incomes of the past anymore and of course girls are not really interested in pornography as a film and art genre and thus of course their porn career life span will shrink below 1 year even, but it doesn't mean you can't shoot 20 scenes of an anal rookie talent and sell that footage over 12-18months, even after she's long gone (to Dubai).

Giorgio, I think its really bad luck wave. Sure its in an environment becoming more difficult because of disparities between porn and escort income, but you have the advantage that you can shoot a talented girl 10 to 30 times and stock her footage to sell it later.
