It was understandable when speaking/acting was a necessary part of A Clockwork Gang.

But when it comes to gonzo style shootings, in my opinion, all male actors should draw as little attention to themselves as possible.

If it's done well, and it's done right, viewers are able to lose themselves within the scene and envision themselves as 'being there', essentially becoming a part of the scene.

Unfortunately, when male actors begin talking and causing commotion (especially verbally), it interrupts that focus and snaps the viewer abruptly back into reality, destroying the fantasy.

It's not a good thing for any male actor to do. Mike, or otherwise.


The only reason I bring this up regarding Mike, is because from what I have seen he seems to do this far more often than others. But the concept I am expressing is universally applicable.


Personally, I appreciate the fact that Dylan does not seen to attempt to draw attention to himself.

For that, he gets a thumbs up from me.
