Just chiming in with my 2cents. Based off the context of his post in the Arwen thread - I think he was talking in relation to the guys (and girls) pretty much following his direction primarily. They aren't there to just fuck as they want. They are there to follow his direction and make a scene. That includes position, length, angles, rhythm, etc.

There are other nuances between the two, but that's the impression I got when I read his post. While they are technically fucking by definition, in most cases it's in a more controlled and directed environment in his type of scenes.
