No. "Ladyboy" means a very specific kind of "transsexualism", that is androgynous people or particularly effemminate gay men. Specifically Thai people, as the term "ladyboy" is a literal translation of Thai "kathoey" (which precisely means "lady-boy"). Fun fact, it actually comes from the Buddhist scriptures.

In well-established porn vocabulary, ladyboys are Asian MtF transsexuals as opposed to Western (including South American) TS, who are called "shemales" - which also includes FtM and more or less everything in between. To use it as a umbrella term and include TS from all over the world and of every gender identity would only cause confusion.
