Missing photos in zip folder on PornBox & BTS

I realize this thread belongs in the support sub-forum, but I've posted these issues there, with no resolution.

As of right now, both GIO070 and GIO072 are both missing photos in the zip folders on Pornbox.

Also, the BTS footage for GIO022 is missing from PornBox, and the BTS footage for GIO057 is in the wrong aspect ratio (4:3, rather than 16:9)
