@dap-addict, the fair price thing is the main issue....you ask one girl and they may have a very high self-opinion of themself and ask for ridiculously high fees.

Then, you might have some girls who have done only a few scenes and is demanding the same kind of fees as a topselling LPAV girl who has made over 50+ scenes on here for mainstream studios.

It is hard to find the right girls, with the right attitude and performance levels who are willing to negotiate fair and reasonable fees.

It's not that difficult actually. In Prague there is the current most demanding sex act based going fee per studio. Than there is the since 1990ties rule of thumb saying that DAP (formerly DP) should yield an average monthly income in the place the girl is based.
I am currently in some price discussions for a girl for Prague. She has a high self-esteem and expects rather the upper thereshold. Ofc I want her to earn as much as possible, but I always keep in mind studio/biz sustainability. In the end I might have to explain her why studio wants to pay less than she expects and let her decide.
At that point it depends mainly on her alternatives. She'll be working over a period of time in which she expects or has other bookings, too. It's a question of trust and advice.

And even if a girl asks for too much, her and studio can still come together, they just have to listen to each other.

Generally we really need to be happy to have people like Andrew X. carrying on what GIO left behind and using this infrastructure built up in many years of hard work.

Thank you for the update and info, we appreciate your frankness and sharing. I think you can tell, since I officially joined...I have probably been one of the biggest supporters of GIO studios on the forum, and also with my pockets for purchasing scenes. I think most fans, and porn lovers are very grateful to have Andrew X/GIO studios around.

Whatever you decide to do, keep us posted. From a company/business perspective...starting up costs a fair bit, then maintaining it costs a lot more. Usually, in the first few years it is hard to be genuinely profitable. However, there is a saying...if you have not made a name for yourself in a business, and you are not getting incrementally more profitable, or your reputation is not stellar...then it really is time to shut up shop.

You have big name companies like V oda fone, which are actually billions in debt but as they are a big name in the telecommunications sector and have a strong reputation...they are still going strong. So my message to you is, keep going, think big, and hope you can actualise your dreams one day.

Okay, your follow up post to this included a request for Jureka del Mar. She has made a new AGO scene recently, and I believe she shot a Secretary scene at GIO studio.
As for the main list of girls:
